Please check your Junk Folder and Spam filter. Make sure that you are able to receive emails from DatingWalk.com. Add our email email@example.com to your White List of not filtered email addresses! If you have checked your Spam folder and not received the confirmation email from us, than you might have used a wrong email address or made a spelling error.
What can you do in such case? Login and you will see a link to request a new confirmation email. If you are still unable to receive the confirmation email the problem may be your email provider. Please contact us.

If you can not login, than you have entered either a wrong Member-No. or a wrong Password. Instead of your Member No. you can also use your Email address to login. If you have lost your password, than you can request a new password. Please see the point "I forgot my Password".
You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the DatingWalk login page. We'll send you an email with a new password.
Please note: To protect your privacy, we do not store passwords. Therefore we are not able to send your old password. Your new password will be generated by our system automatically. After you have received your new password, you can login and change your password so that you can easy remember it. See the point “How can I change my password?”
